Polarion P2 in action with Phoenix SWAT during a bizarre early morning incident - Dec 21, 2007

Phoenix SWAT officer arrived on scene to see a man on roof (roof on fire) throwing heavy roof tiles at emergency response personnel.  That SWAT officer had a Polarion P2 in his vehicle and directed a patrol officer to take the light, put it in the suspect’s face and follow him around the building.   The individual immediately stopped throwing roof tiles and was ultimately subdued and arrested.

See a quick preview our soon to be released Crew Served Weapon Light (CSWL).

It will feature quick connect/disconnect mounting and Searchlight removal for either weapons-based or handheld applications.  This system will have remote switching ON/OFF for the gun operator, remote power (D/C Vehicle, Military 5590 Lithium, or Polarion Lithium-Ion Rechargeable), or on-board power if the light is detached or the vehicle power is interrupted.

Update: Released in Sept 2008 - Model name “Night Reaper”
